Regardless of the type of mineral, a standardized crushing production line adheres to the following core principles:

Multi-stage Crushing and Gradual Size Reduction: Follows the two- or three-stage principle of "coarse crushing – medium crushing – fine crushing." Coarse crushing reduces the run-of-mine ore to a conveyable size, while medium and fine crushing achieve the feed size requirement for the mill.

Screening Before Crushing and Closed-loop Circulation: Screening equipment (circular vibrating screens, linear screens, high-frequency screens) is always placed after or before the crusher to form a "screening cycle." Only materials that meet the size requirement proceed to the next stage, avoiding energy waste and increased slime caused by over-grinding.

Uniformity of Feeding and Conveying: The vibrating feeder not only supplies material but also uses its grizzly bars to pre-remove fines and debris before coarse crushing, improving crushing efficiency. Belt conveyors address dust pollution through fully enclosed designs.
